As a direct result of this transformation, a new national opportunity is available for a motivated individual to join our Brand and Marketing team as Content Manager. The Brand and Marketing team is responsible for connecting with the hearts and minds of people and communities to raise awareness and positively position the mission of The Salvation Army to create relevance, sustainability and advocacy.
Reporting to General Manager, Content & Creative, the successful applicant will be part of the Content & Creative Leadership Team. They will play a leading role in developing and unifying the unique voice of TSA brand including: developing and articulating a customer-centric brand language and tone of voice; facilitating the development and deployment of inspiring ideas and relevant brand content across all (on and off line) channels; and leading the development of TSA content calendar. The role will lead a team of four copywriters but be responsible for driving a shared content agenda across the broader team and TSA enterprise.
The role of Content Manager requires a team leader who understands the power of brand and can demonstrate capability in creating powerful messages that wins hearts and minds across a range of on and offline channels, contexts and sectors.
