About the opportunity

We are looking for a casual retail sales assistant available to work flexible hours during the weekday & weekends including Wednesday evenings (5pm - 10pm).

Duties include:

Retail sales, customer service and operating our point of sales system, manual handling, pricing, restocking produce, deliveries, maintaining quality and stock levels.

Who we are looking for

• Someone passionate about natural medicine and sustainability
• Has previous retail experience and excellent customer service skills
• Outgoing and enjoys working with the public. Ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of customers who walk into the store
• Can work independently as well as part of a team
• Organised with proficient time management skills

Key Selection Criteria

Essential Criteria

• Someone passionate about natural medicine and conscious eco-living
• Previous experience in retail and sales
• Available to work weekdays, weeknights and Wednesday evenings 5pm-10pm

Desirable

• Qualified natural medicine practitioner/background or student
