Team Leader - Resilient Families

The Benevolent Society

  • Generous benefits
  • Flexible workplace

Our Child & Family Services strengthen families so children can live at home safely, free from abuse and neglect, and enjoy the best possible start to life. Our Resilient Families program supports parents and carers, who are vulnerable and or disadvantaged, to care for their children in a safe, secure and supportive environment. We aim to prevent placement in out-of-home care whilst ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the child and wherever possible, intervene early and prevent escalation of risk or harm.

The Resilient Families was the first Social Benefit Bond to mature in Australia and had a very successful outcome of reducing children entering out of home care by 32%. Due to this success, the program has received additional funding to continue this great work. Learn more about our program on our webpage, or YouTube!
