Your new role

Lead and motivate our application and development teams to build their capability and deliver value to our clients, both inside and outside The Benevolent Society. Streamline, simplify and help us create a better end user experience within our complex environment and with multiple vendors.

What do you need for success?

We want you to be successful in your new role! This means you will have:

  • A degree or equivalent experience, especially in the area of enterprise applications development or applications management
  • Excellent understanding and practical experience with enterprise applications and development
  • Leadership experience and the ability to build and develop a team
  • Ability to design and deliver structure and processes
  • Ability to develop and implement value adding solutions that client's actually want
  • Strategic overview and the ability to see how it all fits together
  • Strong relationship skills – you can build and maintain great relationships even when things get difficult
