Right now, we’re seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Research who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. The Senior Manager, Strategy & Research plays an integral role in leading all stages of the TAC’s strategic lifecycle, including the development, implementation, corporate business planning and monitoring and reporting corporate performance.
Your prior experience leading a strategic function will enable you to support and quickly add value to the TAC’s current Strategy Refresh, ensuring the initiatives and business focus is aligned to the broader Strategy, corporate plan and corporate goals.
This role also oversees the TAC’s Research function, which has the responsibility of developing the Health, Disability and Compensation research investments, ensuring maintenance of robust research programs, and positively influence and advocate the research insights to support decision making throughout the business.
Success in this role will see you managing a high performing team of professionals with a broad remit. Working closely with the Executive and Senior Leadership teams, you will foster trusting relationships whilst influencing the design, development and communication of the organisation’s strategic, corporate and business plans.
The Senior Manager, Strategy & Research has six direct reports across the Strategy and Research functions. Reporting directly to the Executive General Manager, this role is a critical member of the Performance, Risk & Strategy Senior Leadership Team in establishing a cohesive enabling division for the organisation.
