Right now, we’re seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. The Senior Manager, EPMO is a critical leadership role overseeing the establishment and operationalisation of the newly formed Enterprise Program Management Office. This role plays and independent and objective role in ensuring a consistent approach is applied enterprise-wide and facilitating decision making on the definition, design and execution of the TAC’s strategic objectives.
Success in this role will see you implementing and maintaining robust governance frameworks, benefit realisation frameworks and other strategic portfolio management tools ensuring the TAC maintains consistent integrity and growth in maturity.
The Senior Manager, EPMO role will commence with no direct reports with a view of growing their team as the branch is established and matures over time. Reporting directly to the Executive General Manager, this role is a critical member of the Performance, Risk & Strategy Senior Leadership Team in establishing a cohesive enabling division for the organisation.
