Sylvanvale is seeking three passionate and experienced Support Workers interested in a rewarding career within the disability sector. This vital frontline role will entail supporting people with high level challenging behaviours that live at Potts Hill, Western Sydney. Working as part of a supportive team, your initiative and commitment will help nurture an environment that encourages development of daily living, social and recreational skills that maximises independence and assists our diverse client’s to achieve their personal goals. We offer flexible work arrangements covering a 24/7 roster (including nights and weekends).

Ideally you will have:

• Proven experience in supporting people with challenging behaviours/mental health
• Efficient in risk assessments and documentation to report to Sylvanvale’s clinical support
• Able to work and communicate in a team environment
• You must hold the following which are requirements of this position:
• Current NSW class C drivers licence
• Current Senior first aid certificate
• NSW Working With Children Check
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience in Medication Management
