What's the role about?
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will lead the organisation's digital strategy through introducing best practices to the organisation. In addition you will:
- Develop and manage the digital and online media strategy
- Produce digital campaigns to build brand awareness and drive enquiries
- Work with the Marketing Manager to identify opportunities for improvements on the company website, and social media presence.
- Produce video and online content for distribution on all key social media and digital channels
- Assist in the development of cost-effective marketing strategies to maximise results across all digital channels
- Analyse campaign results and produce reports in order to assist the Marketing team to increase market intelligence
Our ideal candidate has;
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in PPC Marketing across Facebook and other digital platforms
- Must have proven attention to detail, be analytical, and results-driven
- Proven ROI driven results in SEM and other PPC avenues
- Experience with Google AdWords and A/B testing
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics
- Proven digital marketing and online communications experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Digital Marketing, Visual Communications or relevant equivalent experience.
- Experience developing multichannel digital marketing strategies
- Passion for creating brand awareness campaigns to support business growth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to identify customer insights through collection of business data
- Experience using Drupal (desirable)
- Experience in MailChimp or similar (desirable)
- Knowledge/exposure to HTML (advantage)
As we work with vulnerable people, the successful candidate will also be required to undergo a Police Check.
