We have new Permanent Part Time Roles in Sunnyfield's Group Homes across the Northern Beaches located in:

• Mona Vale, Frenchs Forest, Terrey Hills and Roseville.

You need to have a positive attitude towards working with people with disability and their families. Experience is not essential, we want people with the right values and attitude. Great opportunity for students, new grads or if you are looking for a career change.

About the Role:

• Supporting 5 clients to live and act as independently as possible
• Creating a pleasant home environment to live in 
• Outings in the community such as going for walks, coffee, dinning, shopping, travelling, bowling and more!
• Personal care and support with domestic and household tasks such as menu planning, cooking and cleaning.

The successful candidate will have:

• Valid NSW driver's license
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including evenings & weekends
• Ability to work independently & as part of a team
• Intermediate computer skills & system savvy
