Thousands of properties across Australia are currently listed on the Housing Hub website, making it easier for housing seekers to find the right home. Finding the right home can be a long and complicated process, so we’ve created an online community where housing seekers and housing providers work together to develop a market where people with disability enjoy choice and control.

Our Marketing and Business Development Team is looking for high performing Digital Strategy coordinator to join the team which is responsible for implementing the digital marketing strategy, ensuring that it operates in alignment with the overarching strategy and supports revenue and growth objectives for all of the Housing Hub Products and services.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Digital Strategy Coordinator works with the Marketing and Business Development Team to define and implement the digital marketing strategy, ensuring that it operates in alignment with the overarching marketing, communication and business development strategy, and supports revenue and growth objectives for all Housing Hub products and services,

The Marketing and Business Development team represents the voice and the public face of the organisation. It is also responsible for growing and protecting the Housing Hub Brand, ensuring that it is highly respected and widely recognised by stakeholders, customers and business partners as a leading provider of innovative solutions that support people with disability to live where, how and with whom they wish.

The Digital Strategy Coordinator will maintain strong internal relationships with all Housing Hub teams and it will also be required to liaise with external agencies and stakeholders.

The role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide.

IF YOU WERE IN THE ROLE LAST WEEK YOU MAY HAVE BEEN:

  • Reviewing the digital marketing activities, including search engine marketing, search engine optimisation, google tag manager, google analytics, social media analytics, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Having team meetings
  • Building relationships with external suppliers
  • Develop digital marketing copy
  • Create some reports and provide leadership with some key data analysis

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee digital marketing activities, including search engine marketing, search engine optimisation, google tag manager, google analytics (GA4), social media analytics, Facebook (Meta) and LinkedIn advertising, email campaigns
  • Develop and manage paid search campaigns, product targeting recommendations, make digital media recommendations an work with external partners to efficiently purchase digital media
  • Develop and update content through the content management system including HTML and CSS coding in support of the Marketing and Business Development Lead and Web Developer
  • Liaise regularly with key stakeholders across the business to ensure that digital marketing activity is aligned to business objectives, revenue budgets and other reach and growth targets
  • Develop, implement, report and take action on data dashboards and reporting, ensuring that digital activity delivers tangible results aligned to business objectives, revenue and growth targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, ensuring that internal and external activity operates in alignment and external suppliers are held accountable for results
  • Support the implementation of a coordinated marketing and communications strategy to reach and convert seekers, supporters and providers for all Housing Hub products and services
  • Ensure that all activities comply with brand guidelines, templates, logos and other brand assets, and assist with the maintenance and evolution of guidelines and the Housing Hub template library

WHAT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS WILL YOU NEED TO HAVE?

  • Relevant qualification in digital technologies, marketing or other relevant field
  • Experience using google suite including GA4 & Google Tag Manager
  • Demonstrated experience as a digital marketing specialist, preferably with experience in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies
  • Significant experience and demonstrated competence in digital marketing channels, online marketing tools and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills

  • Works together and independently
  • Outstanding copy-writing skills
