Based in the beautiful city of Darwin This role is to develop and deliver our new Men's Behaviour Change Program. This will also involved leading and facilitating Behaviour Change groups, as well as supervising and mentoring the programs case manager and group facilitators.

What you will need:
- A Degree in Social Work, Counselling or Psychology with the relevant membership / registration
- You must have 5 years experience in the field of domestic, family and sexual violence or experience in managing/ facilitating programs in domestic violence
- Minimum 5 years experience in team leadership required
- Demonstrated experience with a culturally diverse environment
- Demonstrated experience in report writing and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data in line with program requirements
