Stride Hub is a community mental health and wellbeing service for adults, their families and carers that offers access to integrated care and support to improve recovery outcomes. Participants can access a range of community mental health support services; clinical mental health services; care coordination and peer support. The service also offers DBT skills building interventions to the community.
The Clinical Services Manager role has responsibility for the provision of clinical leadership and management to 3 x site-based teams. The focus of this role is on the day-to-day delivery of excellence in quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are implemented and met, as well as supporting innovation and quality improvement to ensure evidence-based outcomes for people accessing the service.
Vaccination against COVID-19 is a requirement for all positions (in accordance with Public Health Orders, Work Health and Safety and duty of care obligations for staff and participants/students). As part of the recruitment process Stride requests evidence of vaccination status (in accordance with privacy principles) to ensure compliance with all government orders and directives.
