As a Receptionist and Business Support Officer, you will work in a supportive team environment to deliver fantastic customer service, create rapport and communicate with people of all backgrounds, identities, ages and capabilities.
You will have an innovative and collaborative work practice, cultivating genuine and positive working relationships with the community and an interest and willingness to help people, expand your skill set and grow within the role.
Using your skills you provide quality administration support for programs and services provided by the Care Services department ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of all day-to-day operations.
Actively participate in the development of quality assurance activities, policies and guidelines that support Community Care Services, ensuring all databases and reporting systems are monitored and accurate.
This is a temporary full-time position, with a salary range of $70,936.41 - $75,365.58 + 10.5 % superannuation and an accrued day off each month. This is a full-time hybrid position where you can work from within the office and from home. When on-site you are based within the iconic Malvern Town Hall based on the corner of High Street and Glenferrie Road Malvern where boutique stores, cafes and health clubs are in abundance. From the office, you can easily walk to Malvern Gardens, High Street Armadale or Glenferrie Road. Malvern and Armadale Train Station are a short walk away and tram stops are out the front of the building.
