Macpherson Smith Residential Care is a 36 bed facility providing quality care to our community. We are a caring and energetic team who share the likeminded goal of providing excellence in Residential Care. Our facility is well supported by our Allied Health and Leisure and Lifestyle team to deliver personalised care, individual choice and quality outcomes for all people.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Registered and Enrolled Nurse team members with a true passion for Aged Care, a strong focus on person centred care and the ability to demonstrate and work within our organisational values of Community CARE, Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence to join our vibrant team at Macpherson Smith Residential Care. 

About You

• Current Registration with AHPRA
• Compliance with National Aged care quality Standards
• Demonstrated ability to practice collaboratively as part of the multidisciplinary health care team
• Demonstrated provision of high-quality resident care
• High motivation and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of reliability and professional conduct
