Your new role

As permanent full-time Store Manager at Vinnies in Willoughby 2068, you will be responsible for overseeing all retail operations, including merchandising, pricing of stock, and achieving sales targets. You will lead by example, utilising your sales and customer service skills to create a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers. You will also work closely with our team members to ensure that everyone is working towards shared goals and objectives. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to take on new challenges and responsibilities as you become an integral part of the team.

In your new role, you will:

  • Supervise and motivate team towards achieving and exceeding financial targets
  • Manage all aspects of operations including rostering, sorting of donations, correct pricing according to Vinnies standards, monitoring of stock levels, compliance with WHS procedures, etc.
  • Ensure the team is able to provide maximum positive experience for all customers
  • Oversee sales transactions to ensure these comply with policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high volume retail OR
  • Strong leadership potentials; with good fashion sense
  • Strong focus on customer experience
  • Proven people management skills or Experience in managing people, training and coaching
  • Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets
