Our People and Culture team is growing, as we are looking to appoint a People and Culture Officer, based at our state office in Mount Waverley. We are searching for a dynamic, energetic and highly organised people and culture professional who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to internal customer service.
This is an amazing opportunity for a dedicated individual to further develop your existing skills base, whilst gaining exposure to the fast-paced people support environment at St John. This is the perfect opportunity for a HR professional who thrives on coordinating multiple tasks with high attention to detail, while also taking pride in providing the best service possible in every interaction with our people, managers and new employees as they begin their journey with the organisation.
Experience within a similar fast-paced environment is essential, with previous experience supporting large-scale recruitment projects or scheduling / rostering skills being highly advantageous.
