About the role

As a dedicated RN within our team, you'll provide holistic and person-centered care, following best practices. Your leadership will guide our care team in delivering safe and effective services that honor both consumer choices and clinical standards for our residents. Your responsibilities also encompass ensuring our consumers receive dignified care, respecting their involvement in all health decisions.

What the essential requirements for the role are:

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing
• Current Registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting
• Excellent clinical knowledge
• Excellent documentation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Leadership skills
• Experience and ability to coordinate services, supervise staff as well as in-charge experience
• Ability and willingness to work across all shifts (AM, PM, and night)
