ABOUT THE ROLE

St Agnes' Catholic Parish are seeking to fill multiple Occupational Therapists positions within our NDIS, Aged Care and Paediatric services. 

Part time and full-time opportunities available, We offer a focus on a work / life balance by choosing your own hours.

Experienced Therapists and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for managing a clinical caseload which encompasses community care settings as well as conducting home visits and covering other clinical areas where necessary.

The Occupational Therapist will provide appropriate occupational therapy intervention to clients whilst working in a multidisciplinary setting.

This intervention includes the following; 

  • Assessment
  • Intervention
  • Evaluation
  • Education and Training
  • Documentation
  • Communication & Referrals

WHO YOU ARE

  • Commitment to work in harmony with Catholic Values and Principles
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy (Required)
  • Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registered
  • Experience working in a community setting (Desirable)
  • Commitment to continual professional development activities in clinical practice areas as per AHPRA professional registration requirements
  • You demonstrate compassion, empathy, positivity and versatility
  • You have an ability to communicate with a variety of people and establish rapport
