With summer just around the corner we are looking for 3 new candidates to join our enthusiastic Melbourne Team to help represent our philanthropic clients!!! We have two Doctor’s Foundations who need amazing people with amazing communications skills to help promote their brand and cause : )

Our company work with a variety of clients and brands from telecommunications to food services however this role advertised is for candidates to work with 2 doctor’s foundations – The Fred Hollows Foundation and Doctors Without Borders. 

Who are we & What do we do?

We inject the fun and breathe life into brands! Ignite Marketing, as part of the industry’s leading direct sales and marketing company (The Aida Group), we have over 30 offices across Australia and New Zealand. We provide customised direct face-to-face sales solutions for business.

Our award-winning sales team are professional and knowledgeable, super fun and friendly. We represent some of the most amazing brands to help raise brand awareness, conduct sales as well as adding value to our colleagues, brands /clients through direct face-to-face sales and marketing.

Brands can choose to spend their marketing budget on TV, radio, magazines etc. to promote their brands however, these days, there is so much competition. Brands who choose to use hire trained professional face to face sales and marketing people, benefit from being able to create real, positive human interactions. Are we paid & is training offered?

Yes, our team members are paid. Our clients including our philanthropic brands hire our marketing and sales services. Each new team member will complete a sale training program. At this level, you will be offered a base rate. With the help of a supportive team leader, sales made will be rewarded additionally. Our rates are highly competitive as we seek to attract and keep the best sales agents in the industry. When you succeed, we succeed. Bonuses and incentives are offered in addition to keep it fun and interesting. Extra training is offered for career progression and development for top performers. 

Are you our next Ignite team member?

  • No experience is necessary although highly regarded.
  • Punctual, reliable with a heart of gold.
  • Full product and sales training is provided however we are looking for people that will add value to our team. Must be sociable, positive and full of energy.
  • Love learning and improving constantly.

Please be advised this role is not for everyone. It does take a special kind of person to do what we do. There are a lot of perks and bonuses however you need to be someone who can fit the team, have no fear to speak to people from all walks of life and can have a laugh with just about anyone. 

Where do we work?

Working at kiosk styled locations and events, dependant on our clients' demands, our team can be located at universities, airports, shopping malls and train stations. We strictly do not work door to door.
