Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Director, Business Transformation is a newly created position responsible for leading business transformation: this will be informed by the strategic vision and will involve executive leadership of a range of major change initiatives in collaboration with leaders and teams across the business.
The Executive Director, Business Transformation, will have direct management and carriage of key corporate functions including people and culture; brand, marketing and communications, contract management and commercial contracts, as well as taking a lead role in developing business cases and leading/testing new products in the market.
Spectrum is developing a leadership team which is orientated to our future vision. The Executive Director Business Transformation will be the lead Executive who facilitates change and supports the development of our people at all levels of the organisation, designing, supporting and building a work culture that drives the value and performance aligned with the outcomes that we seek, monitor and report as an organisation.
As a proven leader with strong skills in communicating, leading change and building a culture of accountability and results you have proven leadership of significant business functions such as organisational development, people and culture, marketing and communication and business development/commercialisation. As part of the executive team, this role will lead the development of an operating model that meets our need to be sustainable and our aspiration to be a leading enabler and connector for refugees and migrants.
