Southern Stay Disability Services is an NDIS registered, not for profit, disability service organisation providing a range of services to people with a disability in the southwest of Victoria. The following positions have become available due to our significant growth across the agency.

We have two new positions for a Support Coordinator based in Warrnambool or Hamilton. The Support Coordinator will have the responsibility to ensure the implementation of person's NDIS plan and the achievement of their goals. They will also be responsible for establishing a positive collaborative relationship with the person and their support network and assist the person to identify, link with and coordinate support to engage with local communities, build skills, overcome barriers and achieve goals.

Appointment is subject to satisfactory Police Check, Working with Children Check & DWES check. All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
