As a result of a major national initiative this client is now empowered to work alongside core clients on the successful delivery pioneering projects that establish new standards and innovative practices in disability inclusion in Australia.

The Disability Consultant will be responsible for:-

• Co-designing activities that build the capability and capacity of a large private sector Australian employer to recruit, engage and retain people with disability.
• Partnering with a major client from inception to completion (18 months) pioneering and advocating change to equip the participating employer to become more accessible and inclusive of candidates and employees with disability.
• Research, reporting, analysis and coaching (individuals and small groups)
• Working strategically influencing senior leadership to attitudinal change.  
• Ensuring the clients goal of becoming a supportive, sustainable environment for people with disability to thrive and grow their careers is achieved.
• Creation of bespoke programs to achieve key milestones

You will have meticulous attention to detail, be a great empathetic leader and have a deep passion for working to deliver meaningful change and impact.

This is a varied role and applicants may have previous experience working on programs within Consulting, Human Resources, Adult Learning, Talent Acquisition or Career Coaching.

Formal qualifications related to Commerce, Human Resources, Education or similar would also be advantageous.
