LAC Performance Coordinator - Tweed Heads

Are you passionate about performance? Do you have performance or quality experience or at least 18 months experience as a Local Area Coordinator?

Social Futures is currently looking for a LAC Performance Coordinator in our Northern NSW team to work across the local LAC teams under the direction of the Senior Manager LAC Program. To be successful in this role, you will be an operational specialist in at least one aspect of the LAC program, and confident in supporting staff to continuously improve service delivery through a consistent approach to quality and compliance to NDIA and SF systems and processes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate and support systems and processes to ensure NDIS frameworks, guidelines, and the NDIA legislative requirements are met and that services are routinely evaluated
  • Support the development of policies and procedures within the quality, risk and compliance framework, ensuring they are current and respond to changes in legislation and other requirements
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of LAC services, NDIS frameworks and guidelines, and the NDIA legislation
  • Support the Branch with collecting and coordinating internal compliance, risk and quality data
  • Coordinate and analyse performance and activity data, including interpretation and reporting of data and trends (risks, hazards, incidents etc.)
  • Implement the LAC Performance Framework to monitor and audit LAC work activities and assist in identifying corrective and preventative actions
  • Support the implementation of innovative, evidence-based and strength-based service improvements
