Our palliative services aim to ensure people with life-limiting illnesses receive the support they need to remain at home, surrounded by friends and family they love, for as long as possible.
In this role you play a key part in providing clients the care that enables them to live their best lives at home. This includes tasks like managing care management plans, clinical assessments, liaising with GPs and social workers, respite care, pain management, pressure injury management and wound care.
With support from your team, you can work with autonomy and flexibility, enhance your clinical skills and build meaningful relationships with clients. Experience firsthand the lasting impact of your work on people’s lives and the community.
Full, part time and casual positions are available across Cairns and far north Queensland. We’ll work with you to arrange hours that fits your lifestyle and commitments, like studies or childcare.
