The opportunity

Silver Chain currently has an opportunity for suitably experienced Registered Nurse in Geraldton. The successful candidate would need to be available 30 hours per fortnight. On the job training provided.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for providing general and community nursing to our clients and act as an advocate for our clients and their families. You will have exceptional clinical assessment, are able to make informed decisions and effectively solve problems for clients and other direct care staff. You will also meet the following criteria:

  • Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA)
  • Compassion and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • A current Australian drivers licence
  • Acute or Community based experience is desirable

Under the Aged Care Act 1997, successful candidates will be required to provide a satisfactory National Police Clearance prior to commencement.
