We have a new opportunity for a permanent full time or part time Physiotherapist to join our team in the Bunbury South West region. We are looking for a strong team player who is very organised, confident and proficient in their role. Working autonomously in the community, you will be responsible for the professional delivery of high-quality physiotherapy services to clients across a number of programs (Reablement, Commonwealth Home Support Programs and Home Care Packages) in order to maximise their physical potential and achieve optimum independence and quality of life in their own homes.
You will also be responsible for a Therapy Assistant working with the same clients. You will be provided with the technology and resources required to do the job. There is a need to be able to travel to Busselton region to cover leave and to meet referral demand episodically also.
The hours of work in this role are flexible. We are able to consider candidates with availability Monday to Friday, minimum 3 days a week. This position may suit working parents with family responsibilities.
The ideal candidate for this role holds relevant Physiotherapist qualifications, up-to-date registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as well as previous experience in the field. You will also meet the following criteria:
Under the Aged Care act 1997, successful candidates will be required to provide a satisfactory National Police Clearance prior to commencement.
