About The Role

Scope is looking for an experienced and innovative leader to be our next General Manager, South East Region – Home@Scope

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer – Victoria (COO), the General Manager is accountable for providing effective operational management and leadership of our Home@Scope Services across the South East.

In this role you will work closely with the operations leadership team, and the broader organisation to drive business operational performance, pairing effective leadership with commercial strategic thinking to achieve positive results. You will have accountability for the full range of operational outcomes including service and practice quality, financial performance, people leadership and risk management.
