In the NDIS stream, One Door operates locally as self-organised teams, where team members are collectively responsible and accountable for most aspects of delivering services.
About the Role
A pivotal role in the NDIS business teams ensuring that all processes and scheduling for NDIS clients are undertaken in a timely manner, including accurate, timely and compliant implementation of
- Service Agreements
- Checks Plan interpretation and Plan Optimisation where possible
- Checks client real data on NDIS Provider Portal
- Makes Service Booking in portal from data in SA as above
- Creates scheduling data in Skedulo attaching Risk Assessment and Goal Achievement Plan (GAP)
- Actively manages any staff /clients changes to roster as required
- Generates and distributes to BM and CoS monthly reports on plans expiring in
- Plans approaching funds exhaustion - investigate and resolve. If not administrative, communicate with BM to resolve
- Investigates claim rejections, data integrity issues and unpaid accounts as advised by Finance, revealed via claiming or otherwise and discuss with BM and modify data and more
- Competent financial management and reporting skills
- Well-developed self-management and organisational skills including the ability to influence, lead and locally manage semi-autonomous teams, moving towards self-organising teams
Desirable
- Relevant tertiary qualifications to Diploma level or higher, and/or equivalent relevant work experience
- Proficient in the use of Calumo and Salesforce
- Must have Police and WWC check clearances
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
