We are seeking two qualified, skilled, passionate Parent Support Workers to work with families within our domestic and family violence programs. Based in either Caboolture or the central Moreton Bay region, you will work as part of a team to provide coordinated care planning to women and children escaping domestic violence, within the accommodation and outreach contexts. In this part time role (0.9 FTE for Caboolture, 0.8FTE for Moreton Bay), you will work shifts between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday with additional on call responsibilities. You will be part of our Queensland Programs team and report to a Team Leader.
...You will have worked within the domestic and family violence sector and will be passionate about women and children's rights OR you will have relevant qualifications and the ability and enthusiasm needed to learn quickly on the job. You will be able to work independently and will be able to take initiative while working within the role boundaries.
