About the role

You will provide general administration support to the HR team to ensure effective delivery of services to the organisation. You will primarily be responsible for ensuring all new employees and volunteers have completed necessary documentation prior to commencement and compliance requirements have been met.  You will also contribute to identifying process improvements for the team, seeking solutions to problems and implementing continuous improvements.

You will have

  • Exceptional customer service focus (both internal and external stakeholders).
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information in an appropriate way.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • High levels of attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong computer skills (excel, word, outlook )
