Your new role

Our Clinical Care team provides high quality effective support for the clients in our Residential Service. The Enrolled Nurse will support and work with care staff to provide holistic care

Your day-to-day

A typical day will involve:

  • Clinical care meetings with your colleagues
  • supporting and working with care staff,
  • Undertaking clinical assessment and care planning to meet the diverse needs of the residents
  • Maintaining relationships with GPs, mental health services and other external health care providers
  • Undertaking assessment and documentation to support ACFI funding

We're looking for someone

  • Who is able to effectively respond to the needs of younger people who live with mental illness and have experienced trauma and homelessness.
  • With a minimum of one year post graduate experience
  • With experience in Aged Care
  • Who is motivated, keen to learn, team focused and with strong interpersonal skills
  • Who demonstrates compassion and a commitment to social justice
