As a Site Manager you will be part of the leadership team and will be instrumental in leading a highly engaged, passionate, and motivated team of Employment Coaches. SYC delivers employment services at over 50 locations throughout Australia, and you’ll be based in Narre Warren, VIC.
In this role, as well as leading a team, you will also Lead actively identify and promote opportunities, enhancing service delivery to best meet the needs of participants to achieve positive outcomes. Day- to-day activities will include:
