As a Management Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all documents adhere to the Policy Governance Framework and brand guidelines. Based at our Kent Town Head Office, you will be reporting to and supporting the Head of Management Systems and Audit by compiling reports and providing ad-hoc administrative support. Day- to-day activities will include:

  • Reviewing, formatting and maintaining documents published in the Resource Library.
  • Providing support in maintaining and further developing document templates, procedures and work instructions.
  • Communicating with Document Authors and Owners about changes and improvements.
  • Responding to enquiries from internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Preparing reports on the overall performance of the Resource Library.

About You

As someone who has knowledge and experience in administration, you will have excellent computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn new job-related skills and to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours (30 hours Part time or 38 hours Full time) can be offered for this position. To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy with sound Adobe Acrobat Pro skills, as well as Office365 skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge and/or understanding of document publishing, including formatting and styling documents.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and proof-reading skills.
  • The ability to manage varying tasks and competing priorities.

For this role you will need to:

  • Complete a Working with Children Check and National Police Check
  • Be eligible to work in Australia
