The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of financial recording and reporting system, advising the Chief Executive Officer and the Board on efficiency and effectiveness of STARTTS operations. Coordinate the establishment and maintenance of financial recording and reporting and work strategically to develop financial and resource management systems in order to contribute to the efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability of STARTTS operations.
The successful applicant will be part of a multicultural and multi-disciplinary team.
You will be a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) or have equivalent status with demonstrated hands-on experience within the financial management function of a small to medium organisation.
You will have analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills and high level of administrative and organisational capability. Proven skills and experience in team management and leadership.
You will be a highly motivated person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively within a multicultural team setting.
