  • Employment Status: Full Time, 1-year Fixed Term Contract
  • Remuneration: $75,000 p.a. (exclusive of superannuation, salary packaging available)
  • Location: Sydney preference, but flexible

As the Digital Customer Experience Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in data management and administrative support, ensuring the efficiency of program operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management and Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and update data related to program participants, trainees, and partner organisations.
  • Coordinate meeting audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in planning and implementing Hubspot CRM pipelines.

Facilitator Support and Communication:

  • Act as a reliable point of contact for facilitators, addressing queries promptly.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between facilitators, program coordinators, and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Maintain positive relationships with partner organisations, responding to inquiries and fostering collaboration.
  • Engage with program facilitators and stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer service for digital inquiries
  • Data entry into CRM platforms (Hubspot, Pathminder, Arlo, Monday.com)
  • Reporting and coordination of meeting audits
  • Assistance with digital projects
  • Occasional responsibilities include meeting coordination and logistics support for training

Essential Criteria:

  • Strong experience in coordination and administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management, preferably Hubspot.
  • Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal).
  • High-level proficiency in office technology, including Google Suite.
  • Confidence in working independently and as part of a small team.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Relevant qualification.
  • Experience with Monday.com, Arlo, Xero, and Hubspot.
  • Awareness of alcohol and other drugs, addictions, and mental health fields.
  • Experience in Not-for-Profit organisations.
  • Familiarity with event and content management systems.
