We are seeking to fill this vacancy to join our finance and corporate services team. The Bookkeeper will be responsible to work collaboratively to:
- Maintain financial records and posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.
- Develop system to account for financial transactions; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
- Balance general ledger by reconciling balance sheet entries.
- Maintain historical records by filing documents.
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising account information and trends.
- Compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements and advising management on needed actions.
- Payroll processing
- Complete Accounts receivable and Payable invoicing
- Finance and administration processes of NDIS Plan Management and the NDIS funding system
