Where you will be based

Sydney Local Health District’s Community Health Centres have a long and proud history of delivering care in the community including prevention, early intervention, assessment, treatment, health maintenance and continuing care services designed to improve and support the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities.  

This position will be based at Canterbury Community Health Centre.

About the Opportunity

In this position, you will be responsible for providing evidence based community Paediatric Occupational Therapy services to the Sydney Local Health District. This is a supported position for a new graduate clinician.

To be considered for this role you must...

  • Apply within 12 months upon graduation.
  • Possess a degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration to practise as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Have experience in the provision of client centred Paediatric Occupational Therapy services within a community health setting.
  • Have well developed written and interpersonal skills, including ability to work with families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
  • Hold a current NSW Drivers Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
