Red Nose is Australia’s is national charity working to save little lives through research and education, and to support families whose baby or young child has died.
The Prevention, Education and Research team develop and create education products, including online learning, resources and in person training to deliver our strategic objectives. This team contributes to the organisation’s mission and vision through ensuring easy access to safe sleep, safer pregnancy and best practice bereavement education across Australia.
Red Nose prides itself on being a learning organisation, working hard to ensure that our staff and volunteers have access to the best available evidence-based information and resources to train and educate new parents, child care workers and health professionals.
This full-time, hybrid role within our Prevention, Education and Research team works closely with the LMS Administrator / Learning designer and assists with a range of administrative tasks related to both the LMS and the online shop, including providing customer service, updating content on the online shop and supporting end users accessing the LMS.
The position also provides general administration support to the wider education team and assists with education bookings, event registrations and certificates of completion.
You bring with you at least two years’ experience in a customer service role, and experience using digital tools, databases, content management systems or learning management systems to update and create content.
You are IT savvy and will also be able to demonstrate strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
