Are you enthusiastic and experienced Human Resource Manager, who is passionate about making a difference?
Red Nose would love to hear from you!
We are a national charity working to save little lives and support people impacted by the death of a baby or child. Since our ‘back to sleep’ program was first introduced in 1988, we’ve helped reduce SIDS in Australia by 80% - saving over 11,000 babies' lives and counting.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Services, the Human Resource Manager works closely with the CEO and Executive team. This is a varied and exciting role, with lots of opportunity for ownership and professional development.
The Human Resource Manager directs the recruitment of staff, manages all employee related matters and is responsible for the development and implantation of Red Nose policies and procedures. The position leads and manages various facets of the HR process including HR administration, compliance and reporting, talent acquisition, health and wellbeing, employee relations, and organisational and cultural development initiatives.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects such as the development of policies and procedures, culture and engagement surveys (and subsequent initiatives), learning and development projects, and the selection and implementation of a new HR system.
We would love to meet you, if you are an exceptional communicator with the passion and drive to deliver successful business outcomes through Red Nose’s most valuable asset – our people.
