Paid training starts Tuesday 5th April ’22 at our office in Elsternwick
DUTIES
- Outbound call centre raising funds for some of Australia’s most well known and loved charities
- Talking to new and existing donors
- Focus on individual and team-based KPIs
- Ongoing training and support – so your set up for success!
CULTURE & BENEFITS
- We operate Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm – you choose your shifts (minimum 15 hours per week after training is completed)
- Friendly and supportive environment
- Set casual rosters available – work around your uni or school schedule
- Casual hourly rate of $28-33 with weekly pay
- Incentives and generous bonus potential available, also paid weekly
- Based in Elsternwick with close links to public transport
REQUIREMENTS
- Fundraising, sales or call centre experience is ideal, but not essential.
- Hospitality, customer service and retail experience is a huge bonus.
- But what we’re really looking for is confidence, listening skills, and the resilience to stay motivated.
You will also need:
- Proof of double COVID-19 vaccination
- Basic computer and literacy skills
- Full Australian working rights – WHV holders who are available for a minimum of six months are welcome to apply
