The team operate locally as self-organised teams – called Recovery 2gether teams. Team members are collectively responsible and accountable for:
Team members work collaboratively with other team members to facilitate the effective operation of the team supported by an Operations Lead/Recovery 2gether Coach.
This program delivers supports for people with a psychosocial disability working across the Western Sydney region. The program supports consumers to test their eligibility for access to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), using a recovery-oriented focus.
