At South EasternMelbourne Primary Health Network (SEMPHN), we are leaders, facilitators and influencers towards the shared goal of better primary health care. We are funded by the Australian Government to help people in South East Melbourne get the health care they need, when and where they need it.
The Business Intelligence directorate lead the curation, analysis and translation of data to answer important questions about the health care needs of our catchment, so that health services are delivered to the right people, when and where they need it. The Business Intelligence directorate maintains or has direct access to a large variety of exclusive datasets, including data from general practice, hospital data and outcome data from our commissioned programs, which are used to generate insights for healthcare improvement and impact.
In this full time, ongoing role, working in the Data, Systems and Reporting team, the CRM Specialist will be responsible for leading the customisation, adoption, training, and utilisation of the Dynamic 365 Customer Relationship Management solution across SEMPHN. This role will have a particular focus on strengthening SEMPHN's capabilities in using Dynamic 365 CRM and Power Apps, developing technical documentation, building program specific reports, and educating staff on data management responsibilities and governance. You will play a key function in applying extensive knowledge and skills within the team whilst working in collaboration across the business. You will require excellent change management skills and high-level emotional intelligence as productive relationships will be a key to success.

The successful applicant will have relevant experience with tertiary qualifications in IT or related field. In addition, demonstrated proven ability to work within fast moving agile teams, prioritising competing requests and ability to successfully coach and train people. As well as promoting and maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment, you will also possess strong communication, problem solving ability with stakeholder engagement, relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills to support the achievement of SEMPHN goals.
