Established in 2013, ACRE is working in rural communities across Australia. We support young people, organisations and communities to develop the mindset, skills and networks needed to build an enterprising culture and a thriving new economy.

We’re expanding and looking for an experienced Administrator to join ACRE headquarters at Old Beechworth Gaol.

The Administration Coordinator will play a vital role in maintaining effective office procedures and providing administrative support across various functions of the organisation.

About you

We are looking for an organised administration expert and problem solver who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The role is suited to a person who is super-organised, detail-oriented, and loves proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

You will have a strong professional work ethic, excellent written and verbal communication skills, previous experience in administration or office management, and an ability to influence outcomes within a busy, dynamic team. The Administration Coordinator will be the go-to person for keeping our office running smoothly, so you should be proactive, adaptable, and able to handle various tasks with ease. If you are someone who enjoys being a key member of a team and takes pride in making an impact behind the scenes, we want to hear from you!

This position is based on site in our headquarters at Old Beechworth Gaol, where you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the organisation and work closely with our CEO, Chief Operating Officer and all members of the ACRE team.
