ABOUT THE ROLE

You will report to the Executive Business & Finance and be responsible for the operational management of the Finance, Payroll, Stores & Facilities and Client (Reception) Services. You will be an integral member of the Executive Management Table, providing strategic recommendations and advice. You will ensure all performance, compliance and strategic objectives are met, while developing and fostering a positive team culture.

In addition, you will promote a culture of continuous improvement where our services and program mix is encouraged to grow and develop, with the aim of enhancing SCHS’ reputation as a high quality health care provider of choice.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Degree qualification in Accounting, Business or Finance or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • A strong finance background with experience in managing and mentoring a team in the provision of finance and business related services
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge and experience in financial management processes, including long-term planning, budgeting, auditing, management reporting, financial statements, financial reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically.
