About you

You are an analytical and organised People and Culture professional with the ability to drive and deliver projects through to completion. You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for bringing others on the journey, and can easily build rapport with stakeholders from any level of an organisation. You enjoy diving into the detail, whilst maintaining a focus on strategic goals and using data and research to inform, evaluate and enhance project outcomes. You are collaborative, authentic and self-aware and you strive for continuous improvement and service excellence.

About the Role

Reporting to the Manager: Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), you will implement EDI initiatives across the University, that support UniSA’s aspiration to be a culturally competent and inclusive organisation. You will work with a variety of stakeholders and manage a broad range of projects that support our efforts to attract, retain and develop a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and contributing to the development and delivery of projects in a complex environment
  • Advanced analytical and evaluative skills and the ability to effectively summarise and present information
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to influence and work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders in a complex environment
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to anticipate requirements and problems, juggling competing priorities to successfully deliver tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to produce quality communications with high-level attention to detail and presentation skills
