About Us

Royal Far West is a non-government organisation based in Manly, which provides multidisciplinary health and wellbeing services for children from rural and remote Australia with developmental, behavioural, learning and mental health difficulties.

We are passionate about helping children from rural and remote Australia, we believe that every child has the right to access the services they need to thrive and grow, no matter where they live. We have devoted and engaging staff that help us achieve this. We go the extra mile to help and work with children so they can have a better quality of life and our goal is to increase our offering and by 2020 to help 15,000 per year.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in a full-time capacity as a Service Coordinator in the Telecare team. Working closely with various clinical and non-clinical teams, the role is responsible for ensuring the Telecare program runs smoothly and efficiently alongside other Service Coordinators in the team.

Daily duties may include training staff to use the technology, liaising with external stakeholders about the service and ensuring interactions with our clients (parents, carers, children, teachers, learning support staff) are of the highest standard. This role will contribute to the implementation of all RFW Telecare services to address a broad range of paediatric health issues across the country.

Reporting to the Telecare Team Leader, this position is responsible for supporting the Telecare team to achieve positive child health outcomes.
