About the Role
Reventure is going through a period of growth, and this is an exciting time to join the team. The Clinical Lead will be responsible for providing operational supervision of Reventure’s clinical providers (both staff and contractors). This role will ensure efficient, effective, safe and high-quality client management and clinical service delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Accredited Mental Health professional with current membership
- Degree qualified mental health professional
- Accredited Supervisor
- Minimum five years’ clinical or pastoral work experience
- Minimum five years’ line management
- Demonstrable experience in making and supporting ethical decisions
