The Role

We are currently recruiting for skilled and enthusiastic Support Workers in the Gympie region.

We have an office based at Maroochydore and you will get to meet the team when you are invited for an interview. We like to do things a little differently, so when you meet the team and pass the interview process, they can give you an indication of the hours you will be offered, so you can walk away with an idea of your rostered hours. We don’t overpromise and underdeliver – we are totally transparent about what we can offer you.

Skills and Experience

We love to hear from experienced Support Workers, University and TAFE students studying nursing, allied health or paramedicine or individuals with life skills and experience.

As an NDIS funded organisation, we will also need you to have or be willing to obtain the following:

• Prior experience supporting clients with disabilities highly desirable
• Relevant nationally recognised qualification highly desirable
• Must have a Queensland driver’s licence and own reliable transport
• Current Paid employee Blue Card (or willing to obtain before employment)
• Current Paid employee Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain before employment)
• Current First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain before employment)
• NDIS ‘Worker Orientation’ module (or willing to obtain before employment)
• COVID 19 Infection Control certificate (or willing to obtain before employment)
• Full Australian working rights
• Smart phone with internet access
• Two current (within the past 2 years) professional references from a supervisor will be required
