About the role
The Salesforce Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for leading the design, configuration and implementation of Salesforce as the core CRM for RSPCA Victoria, as part of the broader Technology Roadmap.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor and report on the progress of the implementation of Salesforce against the project plan and budget, flagging and mitigating risks and issues.
- Identify and document business requirements and processes, ensuring that Salesforce is configured to meet the needs and business objectives of RSPCA Victoria.
- Oversee the data cleansing and migration process to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data in Salesforce.
- In conjunction with the Systems Administrator, develop and implement integrations with other business systems, such as the finance system and marketing automation platforms.
- Provide training and support to employees and volunteers on how to effectively use the system, including the development of training resources to guide users on business processes in Salesforce.
- Manage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high levels of engagement in the project and to address any conflicts or bottlenecks.
- Ensure that teams are ready for the introduction of Salesforce through business readiness assessments, contingency planning and post implementation support.
What we are looking for from you
- Advanced working knowledge of Salesforce.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects and delivering project outcomes on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated experience in utilising effective project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management orientation with demonstrated experience managing diverse relationships to deliver project outcomes.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organisational, analytical, and planning skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging work environment.
- High level literacy, numeracy and problem-solving skills, including intermediate computer skills (including use of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of fundraising principles and practices (highly desirable)
