Richmond Fellowship Queensland (RFQ) is seeking a professional and motivated person to join the NDIS Support Coordination program for Metro North region.
As a Support Coordinator, you will support clients to achieve their goals in their Individual NDIS Plans. You will help bring each participants’ NDIS plan to life. You will provide assistance to strengthen participants’ ability to coordinate and implement their supports, help participants to strengthen their informal networks, and coordinate a range of services, including funded and mainstream supports. The position involves an understanding of the NDIS, the role of support coordination, and assists supervisors with their supervisory responsibility, consistent with RFQ’s recovery practice models.
